Peak Yang

Today is the Summer Solstice, National Indigenous Peoples Day, and Father’s Day. It’s also a peak Yang energy day - think heat, fire, the sun, light, action, the masculine - and a day to preserve, honour and stoke that!

Today we paddled the Yukon River through the traditional territory of the Kwanlin Dun First Nation and Ta’an Kwach’an Council, filled with gratitude at the space and the day and the land we are privileged to call home, getting a touch of sunburn (oops)and coming home to do family moxibustion sessions.

A beautiful Yang day all around!
